1) Thinking
Soft and weak is a companion of life. Stiff and hard is a companion of death. If we want to be alive, we need to be flexible. We need to be flexible not in terms of our body but in terms of our mind, thoughts and our beliefs. Try to be as soft as possible in terms of thinking. Adaptation is important. Nothing is permanent in this world. Everything or everyone is changing continuously. Everyone is selfish. Then why not we? We have to accept that change.

2)Smile
Smile is an ultimate antidepressant. A real smile, a heartwarming smile, a smile that comes from within, the kind of smile that will bring a good price in the marketplace. A one good smile can change everything. For some people, it is a tool of motivation. Give a little smile to the stranger , it makes him feel special which we can't explain.
3) Misunderstanding
Buddha said," Hatred is never ended by Hatred but by love," and a misunderstanding is never ended by an argument but by tact, diplomacy, conciliation and a sympathetic desire to see the other person's viewpoint. Listen first. Give your opponents a chance to talk. Let them finish. Do not resist, defend and debate. This only raises barriers. Try to build bridges of understanding. Don't build higher barrier of misunderstanding.
You cannot teach a man anything;
You can only help him to find it within himself.
4) Feelings
Feelings are temporary. It can trigger through our five senses. These are the manifestations of our existing beliefs. Good feelings about something makes us feel better but bad feeling makes us weak. Make yourself deserving for everything. You do not get what you want but you always get what you are. Energy comes through our feelings and emotions.
Be wiser than other people if you can;
But do not tell them so.
