Stress Analysis

Stress is just a state of mind.  Everyone's life is full of deadlines, frustrations and demands.  What's the image of stress in many people's mind? It is just a 'bad thing'. But it is not completely like this. When stress is within your comfort zone, it helps you to do everything best. It applies pressure on you. But when it is beyond limit, it can damage your health, relationship and quality of life.
Youngster's life is full of stress some or other way. Some people feel the stress but many people live it. After doing survey of 50-60 people ,one thing I come to know that stress is the third stage. It occurs after two stages- 1st stage is tension and 2nd is anxiety. Whatever nervousness we feel it is nothing but the tension. And the worse case after this is anxiety. For ex: After doing some important thing, whatever is the situation of our mind before coming result it is nothing but the anxiety. And the worst case is STRESS. Intensity of stress is different for different people as well as different for different kind of situations. Youngsters face many kind of stress in their life.
Mainly stress related to study. Submissions, projects, exams etc. It sucks always. Many students get depressed and give up. But for some student stress work positively. Only and only because of stress they do the work. Lack of time management also create stress. Due to many family problem like relations, financial problem, parent's expectation from their siblings, stress occur. Regarding friends there are problems like expectation, relationship, over trust etc. Sometimes due to silly things we take stress. In fact there is no need to do like this. Many a time, due to lots of demand, stress occur and it damage the relations.
We wake up every morning and think how will my day go? This is also one of the reason of stress. Nowadays, Competition in every sector is increasing day by day. To make firm in that we have to adapt those things. We have to cope up with all kinds of people and conditions. Doing this some may get success and some may get failure. Most of the stress come when we get failure. We always think like what people will think if I do this. These kinds of stuff creates stress. And this stress occur while making decision, to do or not to do. We cannot cope up with changing world and lifestyle.
During thinking about future, anxiety is in more amount. Many times we feel fearfulll while thinking about dreams. This is very stressful condition.
Due to stress, loneliness occur. We can overcome stress by doing above things:-
1)Meditation
2) Exercise
3) Whatever we want to do always start with doing small things
4)When any situation make you stressful, try to evolve yourself in other work. This gives you temporary relief but if you want to a permanent solution over it, you have to face that situation.
